Color. We are continually surrounded by it. Sometimes overlooked and other times marveled at, color offers us sanctuary and joy. Often, it alters our mood. Color gives us a sense of something spiritual and inexplicable while it enhances our lives.
As I mix and apply pigments I strive to recreate these sensations. By combining color, spontaneous brushstrokes and structure I aim to visually articulate the phenomenon of color and celebrate its effects on us.
